Product Introduction

HDPE hollow-wall spirally wound pipes are manufactured using high-density polyethylene (HDPE) through a thermal extrusion and winding process. In addition to the standard advantages of plastic piping—such as excellent corrosion resistance, high electrical insulation, a smooth inner surface, and low flow resistance—these pipes feature a unique hollow, rectangular (“口”-shaped) cross-sectional structure. This design provides superior ring stiffness, exceptional strength and toughness, a lightweight profile, high impact resistance, and high durability against breakage.

1. High strength, with excellent compressive and impact resistance. 2. Excellent resistance to settlement; requires minimal foundation treatment, making it suitable for soft soil or quicksand foundations.
