Product Introduction

UPVC double-wall corrugated pipe—formally known as unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) double-wall corrugated pipe—is manufactured using PVC-U as the primary raw material. It is produced via a dual-extrusion process, resulting in a double-layered, hollow-structured pipe: the inner wall is smooth and flat, while the outer wall features evenly spaced, trapezoidal corrugations. Manufactured in compliance with the GB/T 18477.1 standard, this product serves as an advanced alternative to traditional metal or concrete pipes.

Product Features

1. High Ring Stiffness: The hollow, annular structure provides excellent compressive strength. Available in ring stiffness classes such as SN2, SN4, SN8, and SN16, with actual measured values reaching at least 95% of the nominal rating.

2. Smooth Inner Wall: With a roughness coefficient of only 0.009, the pipe offers minimal resistance to water flow. This allows for the use of smaller diameters for a given flow rate, or a reduced laying slope for a given diameter, thereby minimizing the volume of earthwork excavation.

3. Corrosion Resistance: Highly resistant to chemical agents, including acids, alkalis, and salts. The inner surface is resistant to scaling, offering superior performance compared to metal or concrete pipes.

4. Reliable Connections: Utilizes a bell-and-spigot joint system with an elastic sealing ring, ensuring excellent leak-proof performance and high tolerance for uneven ground settlement.
